Shipping Information for Tailor-made Dresses

Whether you choose a standard size or give us your custom measurements, all our dresses suits are personally tailored for you from scratch. Because of this, our shipping time and our return policy are different.

Shipping Time
Total Shipping Time is based on the time it takes to tailor your dresses + the time for the dress to be shipped to you.

Formal Dresses
It will take 17-26 working days to tailor your dresses by professional dressmakers. It will then take about 3-8 working days for the package to travel from our facilities to the destination. The exact shipping time is based on the shipping company (UPS, DHL, TNT, etc) standard.


Wedding Dresses
It will take 19-28 working days to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker. Also it will take about 3-8 working days for the package travel from our facilities to your destination, the exact shipping time is based on the shipping company (UPS, DHL, TNT ,etc) standard.


Chinese Dresses
For standard Chinese Dresses, it takes 6 - 8 working days for our professional tailors to make them. Our special Hand-Embroidered Chinese Dresses require 20-22 working days for our professional tailors to make. All Chinese dresses need another 3-8 working days to ship from us to you. Exact shipping time is based on the shipping company (e.g. UPS, DHL, TNT) standard.

Order Cancellations
All dresses ordered from us can be cancelled within 24 hours free of charge, no questions asked. However, because your dress is an one-off which is made in your personal size, orders cancelled after 24 hours need a handling fee equal to 25% of the item price.
