When can the product reach me?

Normally, it will take us 30 days to tailor your wedding dress. And the shipping time will differs according to shipping methods you choose. Usually the product can reach you in about 35 days.

Why are your prices so low?

We are an experienced wedding dress manufacturer. All the wedding dresses are directly made by our factory without any intermediaries. Since we are not a retail shop or agent, there is no extra cost for renting shops. Thus we can offer competitive prices for your wedding dresses.

When should I order?

Usually, you will receive your designed wedding dress within 35 days after you confirmed you order. So we suggest you make your order one month before your wedding date to give us more time for re-confirming, making and shipping. Or, if you are urgent, we can also make the wedding gown within a required time for you. But you need to pay extra fee.

Can I change my order information after sending confirmation E-mail?

Sorry, all the orders can not be changed after we get your confirmation by email or by phone. So please check your order carefully.

Can I cancel my order and change a wedding dress after payment?

All orders cannot be cancelled over 24 hours after your purchase, as we will make the dress according to your own measurements after your payment. We cannot change the dress and refund under any conditions.

So please confirm detailed info like dress item, color, size and other special requirements before your payment.

How to cancel my order?

-If you do not pay for your order, then do not worry. There are many testing orders at our website everyday, we only pay attention to orders which have already been paid.

-If you have paid for your order,

If you contact us within 36 hours after we receive your payment, 70% refund (for example, your total order amount is USD 200, we will refund you USD 140) will get into your account within 3 business days

If you contact us within 48 hours after we receive your payment, 50% refund (for example, your total order amount is USD 200, we will refund you USD 100) will get into your account within 2 business days

If you contact us within 72 hours after we receive your payment, 30% refund (for example, your total order amount is USD 200, we will refund you USD 60) will get into your account within 1 business days

We will not cancel your order after 72 hours from the moment we get your payment. Hope you can kindly understand.

Can you make the dress exactly according to the pictures I send?

Yes, we can! We welcome your coming pictures any time! Please send us the pictures of the dress by email, we will review it carefully and reply you as soon as possible. Then we will ask for a reasonable price including shipping cost.

When can I get my dress after ordering?

We will send you an order confirmation email after getting your payment and order for you to re-confirm all your order details, including order style, color, size, shipping details and so on. When we get your confirmation, we will start to make your dress, which will take about 15-17 business days (please pay attention, 15-17 business days exclude normal weekends and holidays). When we ship your order, we will send you tracking number for you to track your order in person.

All dresses are shipped by air express company, e.g. EMS, TNT, DHL, UPS or FedEx, an email will reach you when we ship your order for you to track on specific online tracking website.

Can I get a discount when I order in bulk?  

Yes, definitely you can! Purchase in bulk is always welcome!

Do I need to pay for taxes and duties?

Yes, different country customs have different regulations, which we have no idea of. We do not take any responsibility for taxes and duties, and you need to pay for it.

It is better for you to inquire your local customs about this information. They will reply you and ask for something like CO or Stamped and Signed Invoice, Value and so on. Then you can offer this information to us to help you declare and clear your goods successfully.

Who will take responsibility for product damage or loss during transit?

Please contact our customer services first. We will check this problem carefully and reply you within 24 hours. When you get your item, please check it before sign for it. If you find there are any damage, you can refuse to sign for it and contact that currier. You can also contact your local express company if the item is lost. They will compensate you. Of course we will help you to solve this matter without any hesitation.

Item Availability

Each page will indicate the number of days needed to process the item. This timeframe illustrates when the item will leave the warehouse on its way to you. Once an order is placed you can track your purchase via your account. Occasionally, we have high demand for certain items and they are marked temporarily out of stock. Sale and Outlet items are available in limited quantities, only while supplies last.

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY POLICY

Your receipt of an E-mail or other forms of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our shipment. Bridalweddinggowns.ca reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at any time. And we reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. If additional information is necessary, we will contact you via email at the email address provided on your order. Shipping and delivery timeframes quoted on the site will not be effective until appropriate approval and verification of your order has been obtained.

AVAILABILITY POLICY

On occasion, some specific items in your order may be out of stock. We apologize for this situation and will notify you via email, and your order/item will be cancelled. Please check our website beforehand, as regular-priced inventory is updated daily and new products are added all the time. Inventory quantities are limited for Sale and Outlet items, and they are not replenished. So order early for the best selection.

* How can I know how much my order will cost?

Just add items to your Shopping Bag and click Checkout. During checkout your total costs will be calculated in your preferred currency. However, exchange rates are checked and adjusted multiple times during a 24-hour period. So if you leave your Shopping Bag and return later to complete your transaction, the total number may change if the rate of exchange has changed.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR MIS-SHIPPED ITEMS

For defective, damaged or mis-shipped items (item shipped to wrong places), you will receive a refund of the purchase price plus shipping and handling fees.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN AND CREDIT

Returned merchandise must be in new condition. If you are going to return a product, please check to make sure your return meets the conditions described.

  • Dresses and Accessories - Must be in original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean and free of lint and hair - and must have the tags intact and still attached. If the product is defective, please provide a detailed explanation in the return package.
  • Books - Must be in their original condition.

*How can I contact you about my order problems?

Pls contact our customer service at service@bridalgownsonsale.com with photos to prove your dress(es) problems.

*How to ship back my dress(es)?

You have to contact our customer service to get a correct address and return code first. Because we have rights to reject any returned package if there are no return code from our customer service, or if the dress is not in the same condition as we have shipped you. And pls ship back by post office otherwise you will be asked for additional taxes.

*How can I get refund if I have alredy shipped back my dress(es)?

Usually, we need to check your order carefully to see whether it can match our return policy. If it matches, we will tell you how to deal with this matter by email. If we agree to refund, our customer service will email you the amount you will get. Pls be attention that if your order is not in the same condition as we have shipped you before, like having stains on it, you can not get any refund.

*Do I need to pay for shipping fee if I send the item back to you?

Usually, we need to see whether your order problem correspond with our return policy first. We will pay for any mistakes we make. But if it is not our fault, then we will not pay for it.

*How I can deal with my dress if it is so wrinkled when I received the package?

Actually, it is the responsibility of express company. since it is the express company who pack and ship your dress to your hand. So we strongly suggest our customer open and check the package before signing for it. We will not take any responsibility due to express company's mistake.
