How to choose a right petticoat

If your bridal gown already comes with layers of tulle or netting, then you may only need a hoop to help push out the bottom of the dress. If your gown has no any tulle or netting, you will need a petticoat with a few layers of ruffles and / or tulle to offer puffy effect.
